What to expect?

There are 6 stages to take you from first ideas to being ready to move into your new home.

1. Initial Meeting

We start with a free one-hour consultation to discuss your ideas, needs, budget and expectations.

2. Site visit

After the initial meeting, we will visit the site with you to understand the
location, orientation and neighbouring properties.

3. Concept design

We will develop a concept design which consists of a site plan, floor plan,
and 2D and 3D design sketches.

4. Development Application

After meeting to discuss your feedback, we will further develop the design, refining your floor plan while you select your construction materials. At the same time, we will send an application to the relevant council for planning approval.

5. Building Rules/ Costing

You will choose your fixtures, colours, appliances and other details. We will provide a quote and timeline for the build. Once the quote is approved, we will coordinate the signing of the building contract between you and the builder.

6. Construction

Once we have finalised the documentation for council approval, building can commence. We will coordinate and oversee the construction process and liaise between you and the builder. At completion, we will walk you through your new home and explain all the features in detail.
